Sports Awards DinnerThe Sports Awards Dinner was held on Wednesday, May 20 in the gym. This annual dinner is meant to recognize the scholarly and athletic leadership of Mount's seniors. This year, Coach Valentini gave an introductory speech and the other coaches followed by speaking about their respective teams. Then, the athletes from the Class of 2009 received awards. The following students received awards:

John Kelly's Splashby: Oswin Pereira '10Senior, John Kelly, has had a piece published in Teen Ink magazine called "Puddles". Mother-Son Danceby: William Moran '12Students from Mount brought their mothers to the 11th Mother and Son Dance in on January 28th. The decorations and the theme were based on disco. Many students came in interesting outfits and other embellishments. This was possible because of Myra Nolan, Addie Scipioni, and Brother John. |
