Mount Saint Michael Academy owns a fleet of buses offering students transportation directly to and from school. These buses have regular stops throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, Mount Vernon and Yonkers. The bus drivers are Mount employees who are certified and licensed by New York State's Department of Transportation and are equipped with cell phones for instant communication with their supervisors. These cell phones are equipped with the GPS Tracking System for added safety.

The annual fee for bus transportation is $800 for the 2006/2007 academic year.  This fee includes transportation to and from school. Students should arrive at the appropriate bus stop 10 minutes before departure time. At dismissal time, all buses are scheduled to leave at 2:45 p.m. Also included in this fee is a late activity bus for those students who participate in extra-curricular activities. The activity bus departs at approximately 5:45 p.m.
